That dealer-only structure supports the way Carl works: door styles, finishes, storage details, and install sequencing are coordinated deliberately instead of being treated like an off-the-shelf purchase.

Furniture sourcing here is room-first: upholstery, casegoods, and accent pieces are chosen for proportion, posture, finish, and how they support the architecture rather than arriving as isolated retail picks.

That gives Carl room to move between Canadian benchmade seating, more tailored studio-only lines, and complementary furnishings while keeping the whole space visually coherent.

Window fashions are specified to solve for light, privacy, softness, and scale all at once. Some openings want crisp solar control, others need layered drapery, and some need both.

The supplier lineup on the right gives Carl the flexibility to work across value-driven custom programs, dealer-only systems, and more specialized European-engineered options without forcing every project into one product family.

Tile, stone, and surface materials are chosen as part of the full material palette, not only for durability but for how they carry texture, sheen, colour, and pattern through the room.

The supplier mix on the right lets Carl build that palette across porcelain, natural stone, quartz, and specialty surfaces, balancing availability, warranty lane, and design intent before samples are narrowed in the showroom.

The original French catalytic lamp house, founded in Paris in 1898. Maison Berger's lamp-diffuser system purifies and scents the air simultaneously, a functional object with genuine design history.

Carl keeps the collection in the showroom because home fragrance belongs to the same conversation as the rest of the room. It is a finishing layer, but still a deliberate one.
