Step One
Begin the Conversation
Most projects begin with a free 20-minute virtual consult. If you already have drawings, measurements, or materials to review, Carl may suggest starting in the studio instead.
The point is not to force one format. It is to choose the one that gives you the clearest next step, fastest.
Step TwoDesign drawings and selection sessions with Carl

Step Two
Redraw and Select
Carl redraws the layout, solves the awkward parts of the room, and starts guiding the major selections that shape the project.
Cabinetry, tile, stone, hardware, furnishings, and window fashions are considered together so the room feels intentional from the start.
Step ThreeDeposits placed and orders in motion

Step Three
Approve and Order
Once the design, finishes, and product list are approved, the project moves into deposit and order placement.
This is the waiting and dreaming stretch of the project. The big decisions are made, the paperwork is complete, and the room begins moving from concept into production.
Step FourDelivery, installation, and final sign-off

Step Four
Install and Sign Off
We coordinate delivery, installation, and the final walkthrough so the last details are handled cleanly.
Cabinetry typically runs 8-10 weeks. Blinds usually land in 2-4 weeks. Other timelines are confirmed before any order is placed.
